hi there buddy no one knows about sound yet i dont think unless we have to use a scart lead stil., i think this thing is a bit of a pie in the sky idea at the mo. no one really knows anything and Bang & Olufsen do there normal trick of saying nothing.
-
Oh vince what info do you have, how will the sound leave the hdmi and go to the TV
-
I have been told today that Bang & olufsen are not goign to supply this unit now. Also i pose a question, if the expander switches between hdmi 1-4, where does the stereo sound come from as dvi does not use sound. so if for example you have a sky box you need to use HDMI for picture, optical for Dobly and then also scart for stereo sound. this solution
-
It might be childish but i want one right now. i want to get my whole system runnign with HDMI and i can remove the big old clunky hard to hide scart leads. let us know as soon as yoru dealer get back please.
