You should have a dolby input (Digital audio input 2 x Coax phono, Input-1 for AV-SCART, Input-2 for V.TAPE-SCART). Maybe a optical to coaxial converter is needed (around 20 Euro). Ralf

Mauricio, sounds like the same issue I had with my beolab a while ago. It was the amplifier - which I took out and sent for repair. I don't know how much that would have been at a B&O dealer, I was helped by someone of this forum... Maybe you should post on the workbench section? Ralf

Just to double check: at the moment you get no sound at all while chosing a tv station that is sending ac3? If you still hear sound, it is stereo only and your box is not set to AC3 - see my post above. Ralf
