Ben, I think the reason it has a 3 pin plug is it only needs to work one way. There will never be any need for a signal to go to the Mic only form it. Craig

Ben, when I had a MD8. It was tested by plugging it into the Phono connection on my BM1000. That let the sound come through the speakers with no problems at all. Craig

Hi Perry, and welcome to Beoworld. It is a lot more than getting the right size piece of glass. One of the problems is there is a special coating on the back of the glass which makes it touch sensitive. Also the glass has the functions printed onto it too. Craig
