If I came off as elitist it was certainly not my intention, but I thought it prudent to council an evidently green salesmen in the realities of presenting an exotic luxury brand in a culture that does not have the same built-in appreciation for luxury or design that many European cultures do. Have a DVR built into their STB, which can be complex for wives and children (sorry to generalize!) and benefits from having very clearly labeled buttons on the screen for RECORD, DVR LIST, etc. or B. You cannot, at this point, accomplish the last one, but unless you only had a few albums on it, you wouldn't need to. You can quite easily add items to the queue in the order you would like to hear them.

No. a. The material is copy protected and plays only on approved (read: Apple) devices. b. The song is part of the video file, not a separate file. If you want the song, however, iTunes is now DRM free (along with a bit of effing with the music after you've bought it).
