  • Re: It's been a LONG time... (Beovision 8 thread)

I have the same setup. Well I have a BC2 on top and the BS9000 is connected through AUX in to the BC2. You have to connect the BL3 to the BL2, and then connect BL2 to the BV8. The BS9000 would be connected through ML to the BV8. When you watch TV, by default it will use BL3/BL2 and the integrated speaker. But you can change teh speaker option only to

I have one, MK1 I think. No glitches. One of the stand out B&O pieces and a very good value. It sounds good, has the AUX and as far as I know the MK2 can even has alarm. JK

  • Re: Beovision 8 - 32 LCD Television

That is a tough one. I bought the BV 8. I wanted something decent looking, good sound, that integrates with my existing B&O. It has a very good speaker and is in my opinion a very good 720P panel. Is it worth the additional money if you don't care about the looks and workmanship and do not have existing B&O? I am not sure. Do you buy a 20

  • Re: BV7 MK 3 vs BV5 HD

I haven't seen the BV5 HD in a while and not next to BV7 but I believe there is a significant difference. Its not just PQ, it is also connections. The BV5 doesn't have HDMI which you need for many add on's. Personally I mostly watch DVD and some Apple TV. I would probably be fine with it. If you have HD cable box, blue ray player, PS3, and

Yes and no. The trouble with Wifi is that you reach a limit how many wireless networks there can be at the same time. In high rise buildings you easily reach that. I had the Airport Solution running for a while, 3 synced up. It is neat, I agree.

The coverflow option also requires that you have a cover. 80% of my CDs don't. I know I can plug in the ones from Amazon and solve that but I have lots of compilations so it means much much more work for me. From a usability prospective, it is very far away from the brilliance that the Ipod has. Try harder, Apple.

  • Re: News 2008 / 2009

I think all we see is a half ass launch of the Beosound 5, meaning not all control options will be available at start. Then I think they replace the chassis in BC6 and BV 7 32". I also think the the Bv8 40" is coming with the same chassis as BV7 3". for those ponying down to the Apple Store. I recently read a ritic of the Ipod Touch that

  • Re: Beolab 3 am PC

Ku kannst vom haendler ein PC kabel fuer die BL3 bekommen, damit gine es nach 3.5mm klinke von wo Du ohne Problem an Cinch kommst. Vielliecht kann Dir dein haendler was custom machen. Die Frage ist halt ob der Line out geregelt ist. Ich denke wenn ich das Handbuch richtig verstehe kann das ueber die Windows Software gemacht werden. Ob die Regeling sensible
