• Re: BV-10 screen sizes
...I am really looking forward to seeing it in the flesh.
To clarify, the BeoVision 10 will not be made of human flesh. It will be made mostly of metal, silicon, plastic, and jam.
>>The BV10 is less than 2/3 the price of the BS3 (USD)<< So the special offer on the US BV8 is permanent then? That wold be really a deal then .... will be interesting if that brings in a new audience into the stores .....
This is an interesting point. I have every reason to believe it will. I think
My dealer told to me, the BV10 comes in a combination with the BL10. Des design is a FlatTV interpretation of der the AV 9000 tv. The AV 9000 was the usually sold tv in the B&O history.
Your dealer needs to lay off the sauce. The BeoVision 10 is a single piece solution like the BeoVision 5 and completely

Moxxey is correct. The BV10 is less than 2/3 the price of the BS3 (USD). It has great value in that it does have surround sound, ML, PUC, and VisionClear, but not the full outfit of the BeoSystem 3.

From what I can tell from the small image: thinner frame, larger speaker. Otherwise it's at least a good representation of the form.

Imagine a rectangle. Now draw a line a little more than two thirds of the way down. You've done it! (the frame is very thin, unlike the BeoVisions 4,5, & 9) It's not like the BeoVision 7 where there are some curves and angles. It's not mean to make that kind of three

BeoVox 1 back boxes? The BeoTime and its socket panel?
My dealer told me that BV 10 would not look like BV5/BV) with thin frame but it will have speakers on each side of the screen. It will also have a contrast screen. I am not sure about design, perhaps we all expact to much. Still the best designed TVs from B&O would remain BV7 and BV4+9 for a lot of money:=( [/quote

Maybe it will have a socket panel! Seriously, though. If B&O has taught me one thing over the years it's that regardless of the number of connections they'll see to it that you can only connect 75% of them and still be able to fit the back cover on it.
