I currently have BM-Link working with no problems with Snow Leopard. I can not use the colored buttons for functions I have heard exist but volume, on/off, and skipping from song to song seem to be working flawlessly. I use an iTouch to choose the songs most of the time. BM-Link is working in the room with the iMac and two other rooms via Masterlink

I have a Serene and like it very much. I also have an iTouch and my wife has an iPhone. I have thought of getting an iPhone but do not want to part with the Serene yet. Is my understanding correct that with the new iPhones the sim card is removable so in theory one could switch the sim card between the iPhone and a Serene depending on which phone was

The cable for control is the same type that is used for DVD players etc.....an ir emitter/repeater.

We noticed the same improvement when we upgraded from an Avant to a BV7 MKIII with Beolab 9s. All audio sounded much better.

I thought PR PB Y was only for video? I always understood it to be an upgrade from an S-Video and that a seperate audio connection was needed? We have our Apple TV assigned to V. Tape. Maybe try something other than PC? Make sure it is a video source.

On the B and O web page there is now a place for pre-owned items at dealers. While some are marked as demo, other items are identified as "pre owned" with no warranties. Are some dealers accepting trade ins on new items?

It would be interesting to see if the BS3 recognizes two subs with the y splitter just as it can differentiate between two daisy chained speakers. The BV7 allows for different settings to describe where each sub is but we only have one so have not been able to try it. When I choose Beolab 2 the grayed out Beolab 2 also appears. I can then set each sub
