Thanks for that tip! I actualy find out, too, that you can use bigger icons if you choose the 3x3 layout for a page. 100x44 needed for the 4x3 page layout. I'm looking forward to see your work :-)

mmh, I thought the sense of a great forum like this is sharing information, feelings, know how etc. so personaly I'm a little bit surprised that you don't explain how you did it or what is needed to do this. XML-File would be no problem to any software developer. I could understand that it is NOT intended that several users mess up their remotes

@Keith: Your knowledge seem to be GREAT! Respect for that! Could you now explain how you did the decoding of the 3rd-party IR-signal? This would open the door to make the Beo 5 the only main remote at home :-) I imagine controlling my DVD, DVB-T, Minidisc-Deck, Mac mini and my Streamium alarm clock with the Beo 5! :-)

Hi, I adjusted ALL my Icons to 92x92 pixel to work properly with the remote. On the screen of the config tool it looks good and after transferring it to the remote it looks ugly! I made a "help"-screen for my beo5 and this seems to be the ONLY screen where the icons look like they should. Can somebody explain this? click photo for bigger view
