I bought before some days a beovision 8-40 and today i found a problem . In football games there is a small delay in the movement of the ball and the players ( like slow motion). The game was live from satellite tv.
I don't think this is the TV. Sounds more like the digital box or DVB-T. Delays are usually

Cool, thanks. I'll look in to it. No idea why it couldn't be 'calibrated' from inception though. The MKIII didn't have the audio delays.
hi. i have the same issue happening on my bv7 mk4. for no apparent reason. i'm waiting for my dealer to get back to me on this one. this has happened on the replacement tv b&O gave me since on the original one decided to display blacks and reds in green. not a good state of affairs when you consider the cost
If there was a Northern England meet where would make most sense - Newcastle, York, Leeds, Harrogate or Manchester (or anywhere else)???
It's got to be Harrogate. I could make it, if it was Harrogate.

Effectively this is just a Sonos 'iPod Touch' controller. B&O could easily write an app for the iPhone/iPod Touch that enabled us to control our Beomaster 5, as it's connected to the same network as the iPod Touch. This would be a very easy and cheap two-way solution. You can buy a refurbished iPod Touch from the Apple Store for just

Although I like the concept and functionality - and can see how it will appeal to many - I can't stand the design at all. Will never oust my Stark alarm clock. Also, as I don't have any other B&O kit in the bedroom, it's slightly pointless for me. The key point of having this is that it can turn on your TV? I still think they should
The socket panel was one brilliant idea
Sure....if you can hide it! The Beocenter 2 has a huge socket box and there's no-where for me to hide it. As most Europeans rent their apartment/house, you can't always go digging up the floorboards or hiding it in a wall. My BC2 socket box is on the wall for all to
Same chassis doesn't mean same number of connections : let's hope they put a 4x1 switch in the BV10 instead of the 2x1 of the BV8...
Do you really believe that? The BV10 is supposed to be mega-thin. I wouldn't be surprised if B&O *reduce* connections. Hell, they can't get the RF box in to the
Do B&O just need to change everything they are doing at the moment when it comes to their electronics?
In some ways you're right Dave. Although I have no issues with the BL3s, BL9s or BL5s (although I couldn't calibrate mine), nearly every other B&O product I own could be improved. Two basic examples
