• Re: installation

The install quote seems relatively reasonable. Our intrepid spirits can lead us to make strange decisions and I've often been surprised that I'll spend $90 on socks and then try and fix a leaky pipe instead of paying a professional. If I could master this perverse psychology my house would be in better repair and my marriage in less turmoil

  • Re: B & O starting to fall behind?

Is B&O falling behind? Hardly. The retail consumer has dried up and blown away. What started with the iPod almost 10 years ago was finished by the economic hammer fall of the past year. Luxury retail is for handbags and wristwatches now. This means that Bang & Olufsen's innovations are less evident to the retail client than they were in

  • Re: BV7 Beosystem 3 Limitations

Run away!!!!!! Run far far away!!!! 355f v. Razlaw rematch! NOOOOOOOO! The BeoWorld servers will be torn asunder as the thread's pages reach into the triple digits! Information will become more blurred. Reality itself will become uncertain. We will all be sucked into the void! Lock the thread! There is no hope!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

  • Re: First picture of the new BeoCom 5 ?

Mighty clever of them! They had to know it would be picked up on and get a buzz stirring. It does look sexy in person, especially the surface of the speaker base which is highly reminiscent of the Audi speakers. And, uh, yeah. There are wires!

  • Re: Beovision 7 - 55 vs. Beovision 9
Hello! My dealer her in germany told me, there will be a BV7-46, not 55. If true, the BV 9 should remain. Any further information? Regards Räuber
Your dealer is mistaken. There is already internal information about this product. It is no longer speculation.

  • Re: BeoVision 10

Price: It will have one Shape: Yes Release date: The existence of a release date has been confirmed Now if that doesn't satisfy everyone then you're just being unreasonable!

  • Re: New Sub ?

Razlaw, If you or your better half feel the need to augment the BeoLab 9s then take the BeoLab 2. The new BeoLab will be slotted below it in power and performance. It would be a better companion for 4000s or 3s and will be relatively ineffective with the 9s. Plus 35% is an unheard of discount. Anyone foolish enough to offer it should be taken up on

  • Re: Is this the "real" BV 10?
Here is my quick rendering of what it could be, based on the forum speculations... (I did not have too much time, so it's only a draft rendering...) Key points : -40" -Slim design -Aluminium border behind the antireflective glass & speaker (like on the bv7, but slimmer...)
Closest, but no cigar.

  • Re: Beosound 5.... who has it and likes it? or get something else?

Got and love it. If you're serious about a high quality experience with your digital music, it's extremely competitive to what's out there. The McIntosh MS750 costs the same amount but only has a 40 character display. Not quite sure how you browse your archives there! The Meridian Sooloos system costs twice as much to do basically what the
