Have you emptied the two valves?

This month we'll get the BeoTime. The BeoVision 7-55 will come out before Christmas. The BeoVision 10 will likely launch late January and the BeoCom 5 in Feb/March. Haven't really heard much about the iPod add-on for the BeoSound 5, but I'm guessing we'll see something next month internally that will give us a little better idea of when

I have a great deal of hope that the BeoSound 3 gets an MKII version that meets all of our demands. Very rarely are criticisms of unanimous and so reasonable as the replacement of the SD card slot with an AUX input jack. The A.MEM button would simply access the connected device!

He's right, Soundproof. A blind eye is turned to several posters. Perhaps they're believed to be beyond help, but people on forums earn the tone of their responses just like in real life. Often times the element of anonymity adds additional frustration. I'm sure many of us would get on famously in real life, but often want to e-strangle

Foolish & inelegant. Why would you develop an entire interface for a device that small when it will inevitably be inferior to iPod you could dock to it. Totally pointless addition of complication where features detract rather than add. This sort of thing dazzles the novice consumer, but no one who truly cared about quality and usability would bother

This is a very interesting question and I'm taking it more as an LCD v. Plasma issue than one brand versus another. My interpretation of PQ is very academic, i.e. is the image displayed naturally and faithfully. Essentially it's the same as loudspeakers. But in my many years of selling AV I haven't seen this reflected in the tastes and preferences

I'm interested to meet one of these "rich dumb people." You'll have to introduce me to a few.
You're a funny bloke Trip. Pretty much *everyone* knows that the average B&O customer is between 45-65, tends to not have a technical background, has a higher
-
Yes, but if B&O aim at this market, they will leave behind their core customer. Remember that the US is a fairly small part of the B&O market and B&O is a very small fish in a big pond. The German, UK and Danish markets are the biggest by a fair margin but have taken a big hit with the home market. The US

Is B&O falling behind? Hardly. The retail consumer has dried up and blown away.
Depends where you are Trip. In places such as London and Bath, sales in many places are UP this year. The large 'Kitchen Shop' told me last week that this is their best year in 20 years
-
Frankly, I think Trip's post was the most persuasive argument that B&o is indeed NOT starting to fall behind! Clearly, they have already fallen! At this rate, I may never set foot in another B&o shop, at least in the states... if there are to be any left! Remember the days when you could walk in and out
