Sorry, no luck. The manual I have is MCL, not MCL82. I'll keep digging to see if I can find ANYTHING on this topic.

Besides having the 8000 and a NOS MCL82, I am pretty confident I have the correct manual somewhere! If I can find it, I will be happy to take a look through

2 pin DIN on both sides... male at the master, female at the speaker. (-) is the spade / (+) is the pin.

Welcome to BeoWorld! Nice progress so far! Good on you doing research and I assume using the search function! You haven't mentioned what your amp is... Are you certain it has an RIAA built in? The BG8000 does not ...before messing w/ the leads. Short of that, has the cartridge been tested and known to be good?
