I am in the process of doing a full refurbishment of a Beogram 6000/4 Type number 5502 The deck is currently fitted with a MMC20s which of course is black and does not match the arm. I am therefore in need of an MMC4000 or preferably a MMC6000 body with a broken cantilever or similar. I could then send it to Axel and have it rebuilt for use in my Beogram

I have just received the Beogram 6000 4CH Type 5502 that I bought about 15 months ago! No, it's not one of those Parcelforce fiascos, it has been waiting to be collected by my son Brett when he next went anywhere near Weston Super Mare. We have'nt needed to go that way until last weekend and it was duly collected. Many thanks to Beoworld member

This "buzzing" under your fingertips with your BS2 happens with Beosound 9000's as well and sometimes I feel it with Beocenter 9500's and 9300's. It happens even when they are on standby. I am assured that none of these systems needs to be earthed, indeed they are all equipped with 2 core mains cables. The subject has been discussed

Just guessing that it is something to do with master/slave relationship and the BS4 does not want to be the slave. I'm sure that someone with the knowledge will be along soon to confirm or otherwise.

Snap! I have one doing just the same. Display works, light changes from red to green but no sound comes out!! Even worse, it's mate has turned off completely. Will investigate this week. I'll let you know if I find anything obvious like a fuse or leaky capacitor. May need to send the amps away for refurb. Chat to Brett on Sunday.
