how stupid of me - andy your the man!! i've selected pace sky+ for both av and decorder, now i do i make it work my sky box were do i plug the scart lead into the av or decorder?

menu 4, 5 then it says AV - none and Decoder - none

andy! too late i've changed the STB's over and now the menu says "none"!! omg what have i done! all i did was plug the one off my other avant in, simple! maybe not... please help!! james

i've just bought the avant today and i want to enter the menu which shows you how many hours the tv has done and service menu ect.

hi andy thanks for getting back to me so quickly! your right more info would be helpfull 1 yes i have the STB controller 2 yes the IR cable is attached 3 i have stuck the sensor on my sky box 4 i want to control a sky+ box could it be that the software does not cover my box? it says "sky digital" i have another avant which works the sky+ box

does anyone know how to get a STB to work? and does anyone know how to access the installation setup menu in the avant? many thanks james
