Germans beware! B&O Service technicians just left the house - after trying to update my BV 7-32 Mark 2. It is not possible to update the german Version! Please follow the thread here: http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/p/33501/302784.aspx#302784

The B&O Technicians left only a few minutes ago. And actually I am quite sad right now. B&O Germany said to my AD it is not possible to update the BV 7-32. I asked them to do the update because I thought I knew better. Today they dropped in the new chip So the new settings of my TV are: AC3 SW 03.01a 06 IC3 AP SW 7.2 06 IC2 IOP SW22.0 Type 9331

Hello Keith, thank you very much for the IR-Codes + Buttons - I already programmed my Beo 5, tested it and now it seems to work just fine. Hopefully my Beovision 7-32 will get updated next week - then I can use it with my Apple TV in all it's glory :-) I had one issue with the config tool: when I changed the color of the buttons, I lost the IR-Code

I have to rethink the prices: A used Beolab 7-1 just was sold in eBay for 1550 EUR (x-mas madness) so there might be a price difference of some hundred EUR - but at 1500 to 2000 EUR that just does not matter. So I will wait for a Beolab 7-4 on eBay... Or I am just going for the Beolab 5 and skip the center speaker :-D
