Do you have the panel connected to a Beosystem 2? As far as i know that system didn't have the function to make your own choice for speaker start-up. When a pair of speakers is connected it is Speaker 3, no speakers is Speaker 1. Maybe a software update will do the trick but i'm not sure about that! Good Luck Ernie

Heb je het oogje wel op de goede plek op de Humax geplakt? Er zijn oogje geleverd waar de plakstrip op de verkeerde kant zat.... Verder zou ik ook een HDMI kabel aansluiten, anders kun je niet van HDbeeld genieten. Scart is ook belangrijk, voor de sturing van de Humax en voor het Teletext signaal. Ernie

Could it be that there is no new software downloaded for the Master Link connection print that you have installed? It is absolutely neccessary to update this sw otherwise there are a number of problems such as the one you discribe. Ernie

You have to watch for the right software for the module in order to avoid some difficulties. Let your dealer do the installing/software update! Ernie

There is no hard reset. Problem occurs frequently with heavy used Beo-4. Although very sturdy and reliable they are not continuing forever. Solution is a new print inside. Costs about 80-90 euros depending on actual type of Beo4 Ernie
