Well, I did some experimenting yesterday. It seems that the problem is the Beosystem 7000. The devicelist of the Beolink 7000 doesn't have sources like V.AUX or PC. So I think the Beomaster 7000 doesn't recognize commands like V.AUX or PC. The system does not know what to do with it. The workarround I use now is first to give the command AV

The function I use on the BEO4 is A-V.AUX to have sound on the BEOsystem 7000 (Apple TV is connected as V.AUX on BV7). The button I have created on the Beo5 doesn't work. IR command I used is 0:000:RADIO:AUX_V This is V.AUX in radio mode (just like the buttons for AV TV) but this one doesn't do the job. Any suggestions? Piet

Thanks Spiros. I forgot about the manual. I have red it now and the entry I have tried yesterday should be the right one. Menu AV Board, then M2 Information. It is the following option: STB TIMER Is default set to 0 but can be altered if timing problems occours during start up with certain Set-top Boxes. Yesterday I tried this. The number can be between

When recording from the STB there is a problem. The decoder has to startup before the recording can start. This proces takes 45 seconds and the STB did not proces the channnel number send by the HDR-2. The manual of the HDR-2 told me that there is an option in de servicemenu to solve this problem. I know how to enter the servicemenu, but not witch option
