Thanks for sharing Michael, did your dealer give an E.T.A for the Beocom5?
The hope was around Christmas... but that was a BIG hope. I believe Trip had said as much on a previous thread.
Anyone know how much these will cost in English pounds?
My dealer said that the whole package would be about 1K USD for base, speaker and handset.

I thought I'd share from the new North American Catalog which I picked up this afternoon at my dealer (along with a peak at the BeoTime that they got in yesterday.)

If you aren't doing speaker 4 with music than I would recommend the BL6000 or the BL4000. The BL6000s are very small in footprint and the BL4000s are terrific sounding and a great value. You'd think somebody would get it right! I'm getting the Beotime because it looks
We're accounting for it in current pre-wires. In fact, I don't believe we'll see another product released with the old ML. Of course there will be comprehensive support for ML for many years to come!
Does that mean Trip that it is based on existing cable standards like CAT6?

I'm cautious of being too optimistic about what this implies. Regardless, it sounds good.

I agree with Trip on this. I just got my Beo5 back from repair ( we'll leave that for another thread). The first thing I was looking to do after re-contemplating it's role during it's absence was simplify the programming. That's the reason it's so hard to give up our beloved Beo4. Its simple. I long for the simplicity of having just
