Never realised that that space was empty - is it ok then for the Sky+ to go there - not too much heat or anything? it would clear up so much space and less cables!

Before I drill holes in my walls, I just wondered if anyone had experiemented with placement options for Beolab 4000's I have them on the table stands at the moment but noticed that if I place them in my bookshelves with some space around them they seem to have more bass and sound better, has anyone noticed a difference between the table stands

Hi - which converter did you get and how much did it cost - I so want ATV on my Avant too.

Slide it to the left and then pull - do it gently though - it sounds worst than it is!

I would have thought BL4000 would sound better due to more volume in the cabinet etc. Also the ability as previously commented to place them wherever you want a create a large soundstage. They look better than than the 2500 when on their stands either side of a BC3000 etc. However I don't agree that they are the best speaker in terms of value for

Looks great - I see someone is selling one on e-bay for twice the price of buying it from a dealer! Looks as if it will be a welcome success story for B&O.

I think they are standard - at least my one appears to be - just make sure you have the right size plug on the end - I think it's a mini jack. Cost should be around £10 - perhaps try maplin or a dealer?

Hi - my friend whose an engineer has had a look at my BS3000 and it needs a new mechnism - B&O have quoted £200 for the parts - does anyone know if I can use one from another CD player like a philips? or is it propriety? It's the large clamp one with N.Music etc. Any help as always much appreciated.
