Success, or at least a partly one, since i have now greased the two rails with siliconefat and the "jiggle" is very much less now, eventho its still abit too much for my taste... but its much better now and i guess there are other parts that probobly need lubrication too so i might let in for a spin at B&O service later.... Hello, I have decided to try to lubricate the "rail" and take a closer look on the "settings-screws" for hight and position of the platter. Hi, I think Martin might be on to something :D I think the pickup-unit is abit too "hard to move", i will definetly try with new lubrication. Austin, the only time the "banging" noise comes (wich really is more of a tick-tick-tick noise) is when i play a record and the pickup is "fast moving" either to the start of record

Hi, Thanx for the tip, I think my platter is abit higher then 1mm all around but i cant see any "tilting" but i will look closer as soon I get a chance. The "banging" noice isnt that big, but you can hear that it seems to move so much in sideways motion that it "knocks" on something. Regards MoglesMac Sweden

Hi all, I have bought a second Beolink 7000 for a fairly good price but i have big problems with it. I have taken away all componets in the Panel-settings and then re-added them and still get the "no contact" message. It works in 1-way and with one of my LC1. Hi, I had similary problem with my CD5500, see my post here: h ttp://forum.beoworld.org/forums/thread/79685.aspx However since then it have started to missbehave again :(, not as bad since before but sometimes it closes too fast. All i did was touch the 90S1 jumperswitch as i describe in above post but its no permanent or even sure fix tho :( Cheers
