A typical event in a B&O equipped home. ...working in the study. listening to some good music (CD 3200 or Beosound 5). My wife comes in, she likes the music, goes back into the living room and brings the speakers there to life with the same music. Later on, I turn the music off in the study, move upstairs to another room and ... link the sounds

My first purchase was a Beomaster 7700 system. Still working today after 25 years. Then followed by an LX 2502, standalone and working today after 22 years. In 2005 I started to build a m/l capable system which now includes B/L wireless, Avant, BS 3200, BS5 and various BL1 / BL2 / BL3. The ease of effort and the service, quality of sound and picture

My BS/BM 5 also celebrated its anniversary. I hope the B&O executive suite does not forget us. The last updates were rather "marginal"...

Stimme Beo7700 bei. Da ich immer noch 6 BL1 im Einsatz habe, kann ich Robustheit, Eleganz und auch Sound (trocken / praezise) nur bestaetigen. Habe Lautsprecher von 2005 bis Bau-Ende 2006. Sicht- und Tastpruefung schaden nicht... zum Tontest der hier beschrieben ist. In m. Augen ein "built tough" Lautsprecher.

I use speaker 4 in addition both for music and regular TV. Sometimes in situations where you don't want to turn up sound level too much, the "fullness" of sound with speaker 4 helps...

I would keep the BL3... great technology and tons of options on placement.

Same as Stan and Geoff. Working well with one sender and two receivers. Works over two floors. Since firmware update done in 2008, the system is stable. I would definitely repurchase.

I would fully concur with Barry. Buying B&O implies a premium in price for durability, longterm service promise and competence... things can happen and then personal, quick and caring service and know-how are key. I have lived in several countries and so far - skilled technicians when the equipment had malfunctions. However, buyers should not never
