Got it working finally :-) HDR1 routes RGB through to the BV5 :-)) how much was your YUV.CVBS decoder, by the way - and which do you use? The picture quality through the HDR1 in RGB is absoluty superb, by the way!!! Of course, now I want to control the ATV with the Beo4 remote - have to find out though whether the HDR1 would need the update or the BV5

I have two questions which I am sure somebody here can answer - if not even has faced himself before: On the three Scart sockets of my Beovision 5 can I use a RGB (only) signal (from my AppleTV)? Would it be possible to route the RGB through my HDR1? (I have my AppleTV connected to a Hama Video Converter 2/3, by the way: component in and Scart-RGB,

Überleg Dir doch vielleicht auch einen gebrauchten BV5. Die gibt's mittlerweile zu vernünftigen Preisen, sehen toll aus und passen weiterhin perfekt ins System!

I agree that 8000s are not necessary in the back - but the do look so much better than the 6000s if you ask me. Most on this forum do not like the 1s too much - I do love them though for being extremely crisp... If you like treble and add an 2 subwoofer, I would go for it (I still love my BV5 and if you have a digital source like SKY you'll have

LOL - not quite, yet! ... I may rethink once I get a Beo 5 though, Have a look at ebay though - I have seen one there lately if I recall correct (though going for something like 500€)

not to forget it steals the direct record functionality from the Beo 4 ... I love my Beo 4 Cinema for the backlight - but hate the identically named button for - what I believe is of no usability to most of us.
