Before going too hard on your dealer why not contact Denmark direct about your problem, after all any legal battles regarding not fit for purpose would have to be directed at the manufacturer not the retailer. They should however offer you a refund if you are not happy with the product.

In addition to Keiths suggestion have the TV's software updated at the same time, because they have identified some STB issues and resolved them in the latest release. Sorry but i do not know what that release is but your dealer will.

The problems with the Sky box switch on could be one of two issues. Firstly it could be a set-up problem, for instance if you have set your BV7 to never switch off your STB but the Sky box has it's power save mode on, then itwill switch itself to standby and the BV7 does not know to turn it on because it thinks it is already on. For simple playback the Sony BDPS350 or slightly more optioned 550 are pretty good for the money and are available on the PUC for control by Beo4 or 5.

moxxey, why are you taking this so personally? My reply was to show a balance and to offer an alternative point of view about discounts and freebies. Presumably you must be factoring all your running costs in to your business, how else would you present your balance sheets to your accountant and if you are preducing a net profit of 5-10% then well done
