I just realized that the Spanish Forum has dissapeared! What was wrong with it? I remember it was more active than the NorthAmerican Forum?

hmm...thanks guys. Finally, after reading a lot on Forum and after 4 days of hard work to configure Beosystem 3 and Beo5 I would say that it is a fantastic machine. I am really happy with my setup. Even now it is not 100% functional but I can live with that.... Now I have to find a way to switch ON.OFF my TV ( plasma LG with RS232 serial port included

Razlaw, that is I would say a wonderful setup. B&O should put the picture in their Catalog…. and in exchange for the photo just give you let's say a Beosound 8

..........I just do not undestand! If I remember corectly the last receiver I had was capable of switching the Output type of sound. Why it is not possible on such an expensive machine?

I have a LG plasma with serial RS232. I checked the service menu and only pin 2,3 and 5 are active. It seems that it is compatible with the MONITOR on the Beosystem 3. Now, I bought a serial cable ( 2-3, 3-2, 5-5) and the the TV does not switch ON/OFF when I power my Beosystem 3. Anyone has an ideea what kind of additional settings I have to make on

hi.... I have some problems configuring my Beosystem 3 box. I cannot figure out how to switch output sound formats ( Dolby Digital 5.1/6.1 EX, Dolby 7.1 EX, Dolby Pro-Logic ll/llx, DTS 5.1. DTS ES 6.1, DTS Neo:6 ??????????) I tried Sound but no results... Any little help will be highly appreciated! thanks

hi, I need some help from someone that has the same configuration: Beosystem 3 : front BL5, surround BL1, center BL4000 Before, my BL5 were connected via DIGOUT from Beocenter 2. Now, I wonder how should I connect them via DIGITAl. There is no DIG OUT on the BS3. I would like to listen music on DIGITAL and watch movies on 5.1. Also, what is the benefit
