I and my partner have had two Werenes for about 8 months now and they do not function well at all. We bought them to sync with the BC6000 at home and they do not do this successfully. I have numbers that have been erased, changed by being added to and taken away from not only on the two serenes but on the main database on the BC6000. A complete disaster

Is this the version that B&O Service is telling me is still in Beta? I have already had one update from the original that was shipped with my wireless units. Perhaps this is the third version that I am speaking about. Does this sound correct?

Is there any news on the software update. I believe (from Service) that it is in beta version at the moment. any news about the final version launce as my wireless is useless at the moment: one just has to cross the path between the two units and it switches itself on and off incessantly. It is so annoying I have not used it now for several months.

I don't think that it is a fault with the phone. I just think B&O never thought through the idea that a household may have two serenes syncing with the one PSTN base station. I think a software upgrade may solve the problem. I agree however that my dealer has been wonderful but B&O themselves do not seem to care enough to address the problem

I have tried playing with these settings and have even been given a set of numbers to put in this menu from B&O. No luck so far. In fact the problem is getting bigger. The phones are deleting the first zero from the mobile numbers and area codes so now the numbers will not dial at all from either of the Serenes or the BC6000. My phonebooks are useless

Can anyone tell me what the new wireless software is about? My wireless is almost non operational - it cuts in and out constantly. I am waiting on the new software update and wonder what it will offer to (hopefully) fix my problem.
