I agree with the comments above. I recently bought a BV7-40 Mark III and in hindsight it was the wrong decision. It is a waste of money you are right. The BV3 would be fine. In fact anything second-hand would be fine but don't buy a new B&O TV at the moment. The Avant is a great set of course. If you choose this route take the RF 32 DVD. Simon
