The problem was related to the setup of the subtitles button (I am trying to get subtitles in 1 button instead of 'Exit-Yellow-2-Go-Go'). Once this button was deleted it uploaded OK. Ian

They did speak to the technical department and what was their solution? completely erase the setup and start again from scratch!! so the 8+ dealer visits, and numerous hours of the salesman gone to waste. My dealer has updated my commands (on the PC), but when he goes it upload it on to the remote it comes up SERIALIZATION ERROR! and then a lot of code. When you click 'close', that window shuts and then another box comes up and it which shows the blue progress bar (as if uploading the changes) and then it says transfer is complete, but nothing
