The problem was related to the setup of the subtitles button (I am trying to get subtitles in 1 button instead of 'Exit-Yellow-2-Go-Go'). Once this button was deleted it uploaded OK. Ian

After more dealer visits, and still not quite getting the setup I want (I've got major problems switching between sources) I've come to the conclusion that Beo5 is actually quite a poor product. It could be very good, but at the moment it just doesn't work. There is NO WAY I could ever consider getting rid of / or not using the Beo4 in conjunction

Thanks for the replies. I will check them out when I visit the dealer tomorrow. They did speak to the technical department and what was their solution? completely erase the setup and start again from scratch!! so the 8+ dealer visits, and numerous hours of the salesman gone to waste. Nice one B&O. Ian

Is £350 for a Mk2 a good deal? Ian

Hello MX/ME experts, Being a dunce when it comes to the MX range, can anybody offer any advice on a MX6000, MX2000, ME6000 or a MX5500 as a possible purchase for a bedroom TV. Which is the one to go for? How much should I pay? etc, etc. Thanks Ian

A quick question : The Mk2 DVD1 (4621). Does anybody know when this version started to ship? I have the chance to purchase a DVD1 (for what I consider to be a reasonable price), but from my research it seems the Mk2 is the one to go for. Thanks Ian

This is the cable you need: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260095369072 It plugs in behind the timer panel of the Avant (top right). If you email the seller he can make any length you need. Ian
