Same information from the German store in Frankfurt. ( By the way the heat grilles I mentioned previously last year are on the bottom of the unit, similar to the Beosound 4 ). I am now " cable-ready," but was told recently that the " Ethernet adapter " did not as yet exist. Which is a good sign as it means B&O is trying to think

I am sure you know about the wall mounting plate, which does look good if it is not too high and the mains/power cord can be hidden. There have been some aftermarket stand products for the Beosound 1 in Germany over the years. Fabricated in glass and stainless steel, they might be found today on EBAY now and then. The comments about the height of a

We added two BEOVOX speakers to Bedroom suite bathrooms 2 years ago in Northeastern Brasil. They continue to work fine, but the size and strength of the speaker can overwhelm a standard or even a large sized bathroom. As usual in solid concrete walls, pulling the cable lines was the most difficult. We hired a contractor and his solution was to chisel

Keith; On Win 7 - 64 bit here, and it is very good. Same on the Ipad 2 The home page has a nice clean, silver-blue metallic look. A splendid job !

This subject comes up every other year or so. The small but noticeable dings and scratches that occur from speaker placement, sliding glass doors on the Beosound 3200, children, falling books, or curious guests. The aluminum plates are very well anodized, as mentioned above. There are, or were BEOWORLD members here that specialize in working with the

You have a very good speaker with your current A/V description. If you desire more bass, in a 3-D situation, then select a BL 4000. If you desire more treble over bass, select a BL 4. Both selections work fine placed behind you for a surround effect. If you mount the BL 4 to the wall or ceiling it sounds a little better, using the mounting surface as

Lee has a European set for sale at Lifestyle A/V. Your red, not the Burgundy. I was thinking about it but the maresia down here (Brasil) is starting to take it's toll on my B&O equipment. Go for it if you want to.
