I agree with Peter, BnO needs a killer TV. After all, it's been said that BnO makes most of their profit on TV sales (I would suspect this is due to the TV being the core of a BnO entertainment system). BV8-40 seems to be in the right direction but I'm thinking more on a higher scale, a TV to replace BV7-40 which just doesn't seem to live

Interesting remarks. As a potential buyer of the BV7, could it be possible that the BV8 beats it at less than a half of its price? Best: BL9, they are really awesome in performance and looks. Worst: Serenata. Could never get used to it. I actually like Serene, which I owned before Serenata. Best vintage: Beomaster 4400, what a slick, bold amplifier. Worst vintage: Can't really spot anyone.

Both the BL9 and BL5 do not, so although

Go for the BL9 now, no doubt about it in my opinion. Eventually you will buy the BL5, but the BL9 will give you lots of pleasure while you save your way to your beloved BL5. Sell the sub, keep the BL3's as rears. Any dealer will take your BL9's as PX for the BL5's. The sell very well (the 9's). My 2 cents. Good luck. Nice problem you
