BioFamily before BeoFamily! I happily pay my gold membership, prize draw or not! Thanks Lee! P.S. I actually missed this past month's draw for (I think) the first time in 4+ years! Will be here tonight!
Harmony libraries for these oldies at least are non-functional.
See my last post... I would not trust the site libraries. I would trust using the "LEARN" feature, as I have got the Harmony to work with the mentioned Beo.

Here you go. Looks rather mid-90's CD caddyish. Been ON SITE already.

The most important thing is to keep those terminals separate! You basically introduced a loop to the output and it can (apparently already has) fry whatever they touch. This correction will prevent this in the future, but will not "fix" what has already been fried. Also, for reference... The "blade/spade" is negative (-) The "pin"

Certainly the plugs can be tight -even when wired properly. But, based on your pic -you have twice as much wire headed into the terminals as required. 1.) Pull them apart. 2.) Is it me, the pic, or??? Do you have both (L+R) speakers terminated to the same common DIN plug? ++++EDIT++++ Looked again, it appears to be: NO. Split one single lead rather than doubling up as you have -and that rat's nest looks like there may be some shorting between terminals.
That's not the Beoworld way - AT ALL!
Apparently, it is overpriced -again. How is that?
That's why I think American's don't understand us Brits.
Way to r nationalize such a serious issue! Should be good for at least 1/2 my next session's alotted time. Cars... Minis sell because they are cute. Fiats... too cute, which is the problem. Us 'mericans see "too cute" as "too
