  • Blue Lines on Screen Using Sky and BV7-40

I have had an ongoing issue with dark blue lines showing up on either side of the 7-40 when watching some Sky channels; Living and Virgin are particular culprits. My 7-40 is the Mark III model and was updated 2 weeks ago to the latest software version which I was hoping might fix things, but it hasn't. This issue happens when the Sky HD box settings

  • Re: BV 7-32 --- Silly question??

No, you can choose any speakers you like for it. If you want surround sound, then the 7-1 would be a good choice but other speakers could also be used too.

  • Re: How independant is Beoworld?

Personally, I don't like to see pictures released before Bang and Olufsen officially release them. It spoils the build up for me and the run up to the actual launch.

It would be interesting to know when you bought yours TWG as I purchased mine as soon as they were released, so if you did too, then perhaps the earlier original models suffered with this problem? I bought mine in Greece. I am sure by now they have identified and ironed out any glitches

  • Re: B&O fan from Slovenia

Bang and Olufsen products do look and work so well together and you certainly have built up a collection of these, growing all the time I am sure. Its great that you get so much satisfaction from them, that's what

  • Re: Any logical point in selling my standard definition B&O plasma and buying a 1080p TV?

I would suggest staying with what you have and upgrading a lot later. Technology with TVs has taken a back step since CRT in my opinion. Its not a matter of high definition, that's just a 'gimmick market' until the next leap in technology such as laser or SED. HD is OK and I would upgrade if I were buying a Sony or Panasonic, but no justification
