  • Re: Beocom6000 - Auto Mute

When you put it like that, its makes sense Burnix! I still feel like this would be a unique feature that they could implement in the future. The way business is going for B&O I think they need to create as many incentives for customers to buy as possible! Cheers

  • Best connections on an Avant

Hi All, I was hoping to get your opinions on whether there's a better way to connect my peripherals to my 32" RF Avant (VCR) to get the best quality picture and sound. As it stands: Decoder - Virgin V+ (with this STB set to RGB output) DVD - B&O DVD1 VCR SCART - I have unplugged the SCART going from the inbuilt VCR to the Avant and plugged

Damn! I thought it was wishful thinking! Its a shame really, the phone clearly has all the hardware it needs to perform this - I guess it was an oversight on B&O's part not to include this feature! Who knows, perhaps it will happen with the forthcoming Beocom due out this year!

  • Beocom6000 - Auto Mute

Hi All, I love the feature of the Beocom that allows me to turn down the volume on all my other B&O equipment, but the problem is I don't always hear the phone because of the other equipment! Is there any way to make the phone automatically turn down / mute the volume on my other stuff whenever a call comes in? I'm guessing no, but hoping

  • Re: Control of Bionaire BT16

I do have the the original remote Keith. I problem is I don't have the equipment or knowledge on how to create XML files! I believe you need a device to capture the IR codes, but with the Macbook Pro I have there is no IR port. I don't have a palm pilot or anything else like that either. Help!

  • Re: New Flat - masterlink + lights + blinds

Thanks for all your input guys, always appreciated! I was just thinking that I could probably survive without beolink for a few months if the forum feels the new digital solution might be out by then. Any ideas chaps? Thanks

  • Re: Are there NO overall happy owners og BV 7-40 MK IV?

I don't understand why anyone would defend the problems with this TV! You have paid the price of a small car for a TV - it should do EVERYTHING that the old one did + any new features the manufacturer has promised. I don't watch BR discs so the stupid control method isn't a problem for me - WRONG I don't intend to masterlink so link

  • Re: How hard is Bang & Olufsen hit ?

I couldn't agree more, hence I've so far stayed away from most of the modern stuff! It would kill me to spend £10,000 on a TV only to face so so many problems which, lets face it, shouldn't be there! This is not a PC we're talking about, its a TV! I have never heard of so many problems from a TV! Not to say I approve of the situation
