Update... finally got around to repositioning the BS1/BV4 with the room redo. I hooked it up and got everything running just last night. I will now have time to spend sorting this (these) issues out. To get my head back into it, I searched here and found (2) good threads that touch on this or similar issues. I am going to concentrate on the CONTROL

Well, that is it. Some equal pressure on the board inwards and then a pull to the outside. There should be six "engagements" -pairs on top, center, and bottom. When putting back together -watch the alignment of the pin connectors towards the inside of the machine.
