Thank to you Alex, I got to know Boards of Canada. In A Beautiful Place Out In The Country was my first album, and it still is my favorite. Very relaxing.

I would go for the BC6 in your case. I think you can live well with a 26" screen for your TV use. I would prefer the BC6 to BV8 because it is made of higher quality materials (glass, aluminum), because the sound of the BC6 is better IMO and because it simply looks better.

jonnyb: Ignace: Very nice ! It's good to see that B&O is picking up the trend of white finish. Just as everyone else moves to Black and Metal... at least, they don't give up black and aluminum!

It does depend on the environment where they are sited though; Pentas in small houses with Fleur de Lys patterned wallpaper & carpets/velour tassled sofas etc. look appalling in a way that BL8000s don't. I don't think the Pentas are se*y, they are a little to bulky imo, and they look a little out-dated in my eyes. BL4 (and may be BL4000) excluded, I think all of the speakers of the actual range look very good, the BL8000 being something special.
