since it's only the blue, I think it's properly the tube. it's maybe possible adjust the G2 power to bay some time. But it's only going to gets wears from here on ,and at last powering down whit a bang, form the speaker in protection mode. Because the tube use to much power. You do Not have to buy a BV7... There are also BV9

The Panasonic panel used in the Beovision 9 is just not that good as the Pioneer Kuro... Yes and if you look at Samsung LCD it isn't as good as the BV7!!.. But they use the same panel???... so way do you think that you can compare Panasonic with Pioneer, and then say the BV9 isn't good on that background ??? just about the same as an American

Get the long Y powerlink 1,6m then it doesn't have to sit at the back of speaker (order n. 6270705)
-
Yes it has a Physical switch: Right, Left and Line. I think A/V 7000 only has Pro logic so the Rear plays mono normally, and only stereo in speaker 4...

In theory yes. The BV9 has the following: BL7-4, BS3, HDR2, Beomedia1 and BV4 panel. So in theory you can bay a BV4 and chance it if it still use the same bracket as it do today..

If it's only when powering op it's the degauss. But don't think it's that you mean. If I'm right it comes randomly when there is white on the screen! it happens because the tube use more power then normal, and there comes a 50 Hz buzzing sound from a trafo in the power supply, that also gets the plastic cover to vibrate, very bad
