I too have heard something similar to what JK has just mentioned. Although the BL3500 is one of my favourite speakers ever for its design, the sound is not very impressive, and considering the centre speaker is usually the most used speaker in a setup which includes external speakers (i.e, not a TV-attached speaker), I would recommend 2 BL4000s sitting

I think David is right about the BL4000s being too big. I would just like someting relatively compact and subtle by shape and design that can produce a nice sound. Thanks for showing us a photo of BL4 enjoying a rubber doughnut Santiago, they look good I think and I'm interested to hear the sound difference with the elevation.
