It's the same glass on the AVANT. Even a knock from a rigid object (such as the tip of a Beo4) will shatter it. I'd freak if i saw something being thrown at a Beovision!

Well it is coated on both sides with anti reflex substance, and it is made from very delicate glass.

Yeah BL active would be great by the sounds of it, BV1 is a good bedroom counter part, the speakers perform well, but not as good as a BS1

I think the AV9000 is my all time favourite.

Nobody ever answers when i ask about the difference in sound between different powerlink products. (the proper term i think is pre-amp)

Analog TV is horrible anyway, so i don't think you'll be missing out on anything, mine could be in the wrong country for all i knew, as i use a STB with a scart output, and the masterlink is for audio, linking video with RF i pointless, because i have everything in the TV (DVD player). You should get a BC1 :D Will just need to change it to region
