Just to explain in case you don't have access to a manual and you are puzzled as to why mute only works on the primary speakers Primary speaker ports are for the speakers in the room where the BeoMaster is. The secondary speaker ports are for a link room connection, and in the link room those speakers can of course be muted by the link room's
