So let us know what you think when you get it back! Mine sounds fantastic! Jacques

Hi, Of course, I'd be interested too, although mine seemed correctly aligned. And the azimuth tape would be another interesting bonus ! Tell me Dimitri, what sort of noise does you motor make? Jacques

Thanks for the info about the Vu-meters. You have a PM, Ablaumeise! Jacques

Hello everyone, I have now almost finished my Beocord 2200. I re-lubricated the motor because I could see it stop immediately when I switched the power off, instead of going on a bit. I just hope it will survive, but I'm confident because the innards were clean (no dust) and the brushes looked new. Anyway it became quieter in the process. The only

Rewind and FF pose no problem and the belts are new. On a different subject, I also noticed the deck doesn't like BASF CRII tapes which have such an irregular response (+3 dB

Hello to all, I still have my defective power switch but I managed to make some recordings by turning the belt by 90 degrees so that the motor pulley imprint is less audible. I modified the input by lowering the level (by adding 470 k resistors to the AMP input). No passive or active components were replaced. The motor speed was wrong (too slow) and
