Loose connection or faulty component in the cross over. If you had blown the tweeter, I would expect no sound.

Have been told that this is an old version - can't check on a Mac so I am loading a newer one!

Put the service manual for the Beolab 4000 speaker on site - Mk2 I am afraid!

Completely agree with Kevin. The 7000 series music centres are fantastic value. You will probably need new cassette belts (Martin can supply them with instructions) and maybe some new capacitors - (again Martin can help). Can be looked upon as the model below the 8000 system - certainly better than most of the other separates at the time.

Strange! Had one reply that it was! Did you remove the pdf and replace it with a .exe - also try putting a space between Product, guide and configuration!

There are 8 - the 3 at the front and 6 on the top at the back once you have moved the grille - if you have the sevice manual they are pointed out - section 6-1 in the 9500 manual.

I did my Beovox 5000 speakers (The big ones with legs!). I sanded them down and then used some very fine wire wool and Danish Oil to build up a finish. It removed a ring mark and some fading very well.
