The problem with plasma screens is really with non moving objects. The presence of on screen logos seems to be a problem as well as the use of pictures with Beomedia. B&O have introduced a new bit of software in the BV9 and BS3 called the screen eraser which is designed to combat this.It comprises of a white line that moves slowly across the screen

I have put the newest there is on! There are now two - an old one which I will remove and the new version 2.54 . I cannot really help with these as they do not run on my Mac!

I have put the user manuals on site - you are silver so can get at them. There are two lists you need to look at - the DVD controller and the STB controller. The big problem is that both tend to list out of date equipment. I would also see what Lintronic can offer in the way of operating your extra equipment as it may be better.

He will probably be rude about it (the earlier models were much better!) but he secretly likes the Reel to Reel

I am looking out for a service manual. We are missing quite a few so if anyone has one.....

I noticed the same with some Beolab 8000s in my local showroom. Seems to be a common trait.

Dillen (Martin Olsen) will supply belts and instructions.
