Spotted this BV5 on eBay. It's also in B&O Bromley at £3995. I was tempted. Surely it must be one of the last HD BV5's? No it isn't. No answers to questions asked of seller. Rang both B&O shops involved. Not an HD model I was told. Oh, I said, then must be no later than 2005? We have so many TVs going through these stores.

Problem solved. Transposed two numbers............ Might disable the function now (as no-one would try to steal a CRT television weighing half a ton these days!) Or might write the codes down somewhere and not rely on my no longer infallible memory! Graham

How embarrassing. Went away for the weekend leaving daughter in charge. For some reason she decided to switch off every socket she could find before going to bed..... resulting in the Beovisions demanding their PIN codes this morning. All sorted out except for the BC1 which has not accepted its code for some reason and is now going through a 3 hour
