jandyt: No Ed, I don't think there is a fault. Next time you go to your dealer, you could ask him to add some buttons. At the moment, when you press Lamp2, you only have the option of 'On' or 'Off' and you have been using the hard button to go up and down. In the Lamp2 screen you could add two buttons called UP and DOWN On the UP
