    no worries about glass falling out the foam recently split and both panels were re attached with double sided tape the unit was placed on a very soft persian type rug swo no probs from scratches etc there tony s

    hi there ihave a bc9300 located about 3"(75mm)above the floor on a shelf - the unit is supported on 2 x wedge shaped pieces about 1"(25mm) thick - the rear height is 3.25"(80mm) and the front is about 0.25"(6mm) -this arrangement imho shows the unit off to advantage - think the angle is about 25 degrees! the wedges are held in place

    hi as previously check the speakers by swapping the plugs if same channel down ie left original and right after swap then its likely speaker or try each plug in working channel tonyb s

    salut do the speakers have separate plugs or is it just a double type - if separate try reversing the plugs if the one cahnnel is still down could be the output transistor amp - had this prob with a 5500 - easy task replacing if you have a so0lder sucker etc tony s

    hi i had 2 sierra's - never happy with them - am currently changing one into a 1930's alfa 2300 clone - it looks much better now than before (photos can be made available) tony

    hi try an electronic component outlet for an aerosol switch cleaner/lubricant spray and try spraying the slider slot usually the spray has a thin tube to attach it to the spray head if possible use that - it may be successful! tony s
