What I do not like about the Apple TV is that the way the software is designed and how limited it it is out of the box. It is reduced to be a client to the Itunes store. For example, I have my videos and my music on a shared Infrant/Netgear Readynas Duo. I must replicate to the ATV, I can't access the NAS from there directly even though it is simple

Can someon pleae explain how to include a html link so that when one clicks on it, it actually takes you to the site. I know there is a button above the text I am typing, but at least under safar that doesn't seem to be doing anything. JK

http://www.bang-olufsen.com/UserFiles/File/Investors/BO_Beretning0708_Final_Web_UK.pdf Transcript is up. Again they stress how the Beosound 5 is important for them. I so hope they are not messing this up.

Since you have both, BS3000 and BL3500 I would consider Sonos and put my music on a nas. The upcoming BS5 may also work for you .... prob too expensive .budget solution even cheaper then sonos would be an Apple TV with an Ipod Touch as a remote.
-
It looks like the BS5 is attached to the floor panel on the right side. I am still hoping one can take it off and use it as a 2 way remote. Since the Beomaster will house everything to play the media anything else wouldn't make much sense to me.

I can hardly believe that they mess this up. I can the that the syncing works the way as described. I use my ipod that way actually, I din't want the movies to sync so I just drag the entire music section of the library onto the ipod and it is smart enough just to copy what is missing. Apple lossless I would think they can easily add I would think

I have it. It doesn't have the wow design, it is a bit more understated. The only thing that wowed me and still does is the BV5. The idea of having a picture frame on the wall I thought was great. Cheers JK

>> I think this is against the b&o ideology.<< If you read the article that I posted (link is in one of the other threads), the designer mentions that he envisioned to hold it in one hand while in the other a glas of wine. That is why he didnt want buttons and that also be why the wheel sticks out on the right side. You hold it at that

I am hoping they did not make the mistake off ignoring the 2 way remote. I do not care what is in the black box. There is no need for it to display pictures or movies, apple can do that. Give me a proper 2 way remote. Give me the tablet off the base which is the only way I can see this working. If they think I but a 2nd box next to my BC2 they are mistaken
