Attach the V8000 to one of the scarts using a fully wired scart lead. On the Beo4, turn on the TV and then press Menu. Go to Set Up and then to Connections. It will show what each scart is assigned to. Highlight the scart you have the V8000 attached to and scroll through the choices till you get to B&O V.tape. Should work then! You use the diamond

It's the motor - it spins faster as you go through the tracks and it can't spin fast enough for the final tracks. Needs the motor stripping down - Tim did mine!

Not simple but can be done - look at this thread ! The BL1000 is no use either! The MCP5500/6500 is the device you really need!

The V. Tape SCART has RGB in and out. The service manual is on site and has the pin outs and a fair selection of the wiring diagrams. It also tells you how to access the service menu which allows you to change the screen parameters.

Not completely up to date - I have been working on it! However B&O cannot issue a complete price list as each dealer will vary slightly. These prices are more of a guide than set in stone.

Quite a complicated setting! Not sure it will work in the way you want - one of the sets needs to be a master and one a slave. You do need an IR eye I believe and you will need a B&O one - though I think it is the standard ML type. You could probably do with the product configuration guide (available to silver and gold members) that will help you

The options are: Beolab terminal - the original remote and the most sensible. Tricky to find by itself but not impossible. Beolink 1000/Beo4 - unfortunately you need the rare IR converter kit - I did have one but no longer - It is actually not that good anyway! Beo5 - you will need to get someone to program this for you who knows the 8000 codes.

I take it that you have a BS3 based BV7 and have two viewing positions, one for the TV and one for the projector. BL4000s would be my choice - I think they sound better though wall mounted 6000s (and 8000s!) do look good. If it is a BS3 system, you can swap the front speaker choice.

Just done mine and am preparing the space for the BS3!!

They look pretty wrecked!! Always buy a pair with all the covers - it is easier to fix the wood that make the covers.
