Apologies for use of the non diplomatic language - but just to say that the French moderators have my full support. When we set the forum up, it was decided by the administrators that the for sale section should be for Gold members. This is really to help with the running of the site as otherwise we could become a site where we simply become a free

Is it a power amp or an integrated one? If it is an integrate amplifier, I would use the Aux out of the Ouverture to the tape socket of the rega. You will need a 5 pin DIN to RCA lead which is easily available. If it is a power amplifier, use a Powerlink cable which has variable line level. I think you can get a cable from your dealer or he will make

Have a listen at your dealer. It sounds as if you like the sound of your 8000s - you should, they are excellent speakers! They are also the most beautiful speakers made. They go very well with the BV7 though I would have a Beolab 7.1 or 7.2 rather than a 7.4 with them. I would simply get the TV first and use it with your front speakers. If it were me

I wonder how it compares to a Sky+ box. This too works well with a Be4 and has an Electronic Programme Guide, the ability to series record and even the ability to be rung up and programmed down the phone. Seems to be very good quality recordings and very cheap to purchase.

Usually the TV set will have a centre speaker and the projector screen will need one as well. There are a variety of set ups programmable - see your friendly local dealer! Most dealers will be delighted to see you in store. They will be even more delighted if you buy 4 Beolab 5s but you don't have to! Encourage friends to see what they are missing

I must confess to being a Sky user and of course the DVB-S available in other countries does not work with Sky. I have a feeling the problem at present lies with the Top up TV card which will be part of the package options

You are a star! I will actually be returning any prize I receive in the draw to the hat, so you do all have an even better chance!

There is actually another very good reason to go for the 4 Beolab 5s if you can afford it. If you have a Beosystem 3 (either in a BV9 or driving a different screen) and you also plan to have a projector either now or at a later stage, it may well be that the layout of your room will be best suited to the plasma screen and the projector screen being

No, but you have prompted me to do so!

Which BV6 do you have? You do know it does not fit the 22" model? It is not quite the same as the one in the BS3 and I am afraid it has been delayed again! Promised for beginning of June from what I have been told. For some reason it is only the UK market version that is having problems. It is also rather expensive....
