Not come across this so I think it sounds like a problem between Vista and the Beoport software. Not a huge surprise. Worth posting on the official forum as it may encourage B&O to look at it.

I suppose BC6 has this role though clearly it doesn't have the DVD. Maybe an advantage as with technology moving it will be one less thing to date.

I do have the service manual and hope it will be up this week. I have just transferred it to my iDisk and will let you have the address tonight when I get home if you would find it useful.Working late tonight though.

I always thought the 5000 seemed classier than the Beo4. Didn't like the way it worked and it will be slower as it is two way. If you are interested in two way, look at the Product Information Guide I have put on the Beolink 7000 manual area.

I do have one caveat. Please remember that some members are not in the position to pay for a Gold membership. This is a free to access site and younger members and those living in countries with a poor exchange rate would have difficulty paying what we would think of as a small amount. Therefore lots of enthusiasm but no hectoring!

On the info display with a Mac - yes! I don't think on screen though. You need Beomedia.

Good idea though I think we are as high as we can go without nicking the B&O name! Where we are not so high is in the product searches. We think that may be down to the way the system searches.
