has anyone else had this confirmed yet by there dealer or has anyone had the new software installed yet?

im told by my dealer that the service tool upgrade has fixed the problem, im only going on what they told me, according to B&o techinal UK.

if you did not get it fixed under warentee i woudl ask for my money back. the tv u bought if its broken it should be fixed free mine is broke and its 3 months old and they will come and fix it ASAP with the new software.

ok hello mr andrewson has said they beomedia 1 is compatible and others say its not does anyone know for sure???

sorry i shoudl have explained if your TV is a MK3 it will have 4 hdmi sockets on so you can just plug your blueray player into one of those and set it on the connections menu, you dont need to use DVI if you use HDMI??? on the BV7 mark 3 the DVI is an output for projector and is DVI D which is not compatible with DVI-I or DVI-A The DVI connection on

if the dvd player has hdmi and ur tv a MK3 you can just connect it with HDMI?

mr_anders_son: BeoMedia 1 WILL be updated with the new FW and can be used with Beosound 5 !! But ofcourse not the same performance as BeoMaster 5 so many different opinions????

so i have now got two replies one saying it cannot be used with beomedia 1 and another saying it can lol i hope it can two dealers have told me it cannot be used with it?
