If excitement is what you're after, then maybe BeoLab 3s will deliver more for your taste. I find them to be more snappy, detailed and 'fast-paced' than 6000s, 4000s or 8000s. Imaging is stunning, mainly due to the Acoustic Lens.

Many people accuse studio monitors of sounding dull, wheras in fact they're just representing the music as it's recorded - they're not modifying the sound at all, or at least as little as possible. BeoLab 5s are IMO the ultimate speaker when it comes to minimal colouration...

moxxey: Dave: Are you joking? You need to plug the TV in or it doesn't turn on and your Beolabs won't make sound good grief I have absolutely no idea what you mean. My comment is about the additional link box required for linking two B&O TVs. I think Dave was joking . Either way, the RF modulator is something I can understand. It's not always

Enjoy your class leading bv7 LOL Time to put the handbag away and be helpful. The original thread was about the BeoVision 7 and BeoVision 9, not the Kuro or any

Choosing between BeoLab 2500s + BeoSound 3200 versus BeoLab 3s + BeoSound 4? The 2500s are fantastic speakers, but this is BeoLab 3s we're talking about. If you can afford them, go for them!

Yes, they switch over to it when it's available I believe. In this case, the volume controlling is handled by the BeoLab 5s which receive the volume information down the 8/8 PowerLink.
-
You need 8/8 PowerLink as well as the digital connection.
